Lagom is a beautiful Swedish concept, which means “not too little, not too much. Just right”. Lagom does not mean perfection. It aims to build awareness towards the beauty of tiny imperfections. For us, those beautiful imperfections are revealed through the rustic nature of our products. We love cakes drooling with drips of caramel, cinnamon rolls that exude a handmade charm and icings applied with abstract, artistic strokes. We believe that true comfort lies in non-polished, matte desserts that do not look manufactured.
Lagom’s recipes have been built over a span of 7 years, using Food Science as a backbone. The understanding of science has given us the ability to supply European-standard bakes using local, Indian produce. Each recipe has a piece of our heart – everything is made from scratch using no shortcuts to ensure the best taste and quality. Nothing is more important to us than to bring a smile to your face – we hope that one bite of our dessert can brighten up your day. We can promise that Lagom will always be there for you, through the highs and lows.
